My name is Malica Ahmad and I’m a Thrive Certified Coach & Daring to Rest Facilitator helping women align their health with God through rest, stewardship, and sustainable daily rhythms. I didn’t write this book from theory. I wrote it from experience.

There was a time when I was doing all the “right” things: working out, showing up, pushing through…but my body was exhausted. And that exhaustion showed up in ways I didn’t expect, including pre-diabetes, weight gain, sugar cravings and inconsistent habits.

It wasn’t until I learned how to rest, spiritually and physically, that everything began to change. This book is the journey I wish I had.
