My own journey, including a wake-up call from my doctor, thriving through divorce, and dropping 30 pounds by breaking free from sugar during Covid-19, ignited my passion to help other women do the same. 

Today, as a Wellness Coach, Tiny Habits® Coach, and Daring to Rest Facilitator, I bring a unique blend of professional insight, personal resilience, and faith to every stage. I help women leaders 40+ reclaim their energy, embrace rest, and position their health so they can fully live out their God-given purpose.
