Rest Is The Way: 31 Day Devotional Pre-Order
What if rest was the missing piece in your health journey?
Rest Is the Way is a powerful 31-day rest and renewal devotional designed to help you step out of striving, emotional eating, and inconsistency and into a life of faith-led health, peace, and alignment.
This is not a detox.
This is not another plan to force.
This is a devotional that helps you partner with God to transform your health from the inside out.
Each Day Includes
A scripture to anchor your mind
A short reflection to shift your perspective
A guided prayer to center your spirit
A gentle habit or rest practice
Each Day You’ll Experience
More peace in your body
Fewer cravings driven by stress
Greater consistency without pressure
A deeper connection with God in your health journey
By the end of 31 days, you’ll no longer see yourself as a woman trying to get healthy. You’ll become a woman who stewards her body with rest, authority, and faith. Rest isn’t a reward. It’s the way.
Real-Life Renewal
“As I sat with this morning’s question, I realized God may be softening how I respond around food and health. Choosing curiosity over judgment is helping me break generational patterns around food and self-worth and make space for real renewal in our family lineage.” - T. Williams
About The Author
Malica Ahmad is a Thrive Certified Coach, Daring to Rest Facilitator and the author of Rest Is the Way. She helps women align their health with God through rest, stewardship, and sustainable daily rhythms. Her work blends faith, habit science, and a healthy dose of grace for women who are tired of striving.
Her journey into this work was deeply personal. After years of leading in corporate America while quietly battling sugar addiction, burnout, and a close call with type 2 diabetes, Malica realized that more discipline wasn’t the answer. What changed everything was inviting God into her daily choices: integrating prayer, rest, self-compassion and small, repeatable habits.
Through that shift, she released more than 30 pounds, restored her energy, and rebuilt her health from the inside out.
She lives in Georgia and practices the rhythms she teaches; sometimes beautifully, sometimes imperfectly. These days you can find her rediscovering the joy of roller skating after more than twenty years away.
And she’s learning, just like the women she serves, that sometimes the most faithful step forward is simply to rest.
